What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing one's attention and awareness to the present moment, without judgment or distraction. It involves being fully engaged in the present experience and observing one's thoughts, emotions, and sensations in a non-reactive manner. We can access this headspace through practices like meditation, breath work, or movement. The connection to oneself and the world around us through mindfulness is truly a superpower that I want everyone to get to experience.

Who is mindfulness for and how can it help?

I believe mindfulness can benefit anyone, but it's especially helpful for those struggling with stress, anxiety, burnout, depression and other mental health issues. By cultivating mindfulness, clients develop the tools of self-awareness and emotional regulation, which reduces stress and anxiety, improves mood and overall well-being. Mindfulness also improves focus, productivity, and many aspects of our daily quality of life. By staying present in the moment, clients achieve greater success and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. Mindfulness is a powerful vehicle for personal growth and development that I encourage everyone I work with to explore.

Who you’ll be working with

I pull from my lifelong pursuit of outdoor and adventure sports to create a unique and fun approach to meditation and mindfulness. With a background as a competitive athlete, world traveler, and serial entrepreneur, I have successfully applied the lessons of mindfulness to my daily reality to create a life that I am truly proud to live.
